I loved that the rooftop pool was available. It is my favorite spot. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. i found an amazing massage parlor inside the hotel. The best massage i had in a long time.

the building has limited soundproofing between rooms. i could hear a doorbell ring a few doors down and the tv from the next room. i was able to move to a quiet room after the first night.

the hotel is in a great part of town, close to everything. the hotel offers easy access to beach clubs, i never had issues getting around.

The staff team was amazing. They were friendly, polite, kind and very helpful. the coffee shop downstairs had a girl who remembered my name. they provided complimentary towels for the pool, really convenient.

There are two nice pools. One is on the rooftop, both have great bars right next to them. i found wonderful floating cushions by the pools. the gym was basic, but it had lots of weights, so i used it every day.

the staff provided really good service. breakfast included many choices, with local options. the rooftop bar offered live music and an infinity pool overlooking the beach and sunset. i also loved that the hotel supported local charities by collecting any clothes guests no longer needed

the hotel has limited soundproofing. i could hear noise from other rooms, especially late at night. rooms require deeper cleaning.
